Attic Mold in North Reading

The homeowner discovered mold on the underside of the roof sheathing in the attic. The attic did not have proper ventilation.  The homeowner had an ice dam over the winter which allowed water to back up and leak into the attic.  Several months later, when the homeowner was in they attic,  they discovered the mold on the underside of the sheathing. The homeowner contacted SERVPRO of Burlington/ Woburn to inspect the attic and provide an estimate to remediate the mold. Notice the extent of mold on the sheathing in the before picture. The after picture shows that the mold was removed and the sheathing looks like new again.
